This steamer rack sits inside your own pot or frying pan to turn it into a steamer, so you do not need a separate steaming pot.
The body is made of aluminum alloy with a fluororesin coating inside and out, which resists sticking and is easy to clean. The extra height leaves room for taller foods such as chawanmushi, steamed vegetables, or buns. This rack does not come with a lid; use the lid from your own pot.
It works on both gas and induction (IH) stoves and is made in China.
Choose the size that matches your pot: one version fits pots from 16 to 20 cm, the other fits pots from 20 to 24 cm.
