This Homiya stainless steel cooking pot is part of a lineup that ranges from 18 cm (7.1 in) to 30 cm (11.8 in), so you can pick the size that fits the dish you are making, from simmered dishes to boiled foods. This 26 cm (10.2 in) pot holds about 5.2 liters (5.5 qt), a good size for larger batches of soups or simmered dishes.
Stainless steel holds heat well once it warms up, so the pot stays effective for dishes that need slow, gentle simmering. It is also sturdy and resistant to scratches, so it is built to be used for a long time.
The pot works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops. It measures about 17.2 x 12.7 x 12 cm (6.8 x 5 x 4.7 in), including the handles, and weighs about 169 g (6 oz).
