Wahei Freiz Honwaka Cafe Hida Konro Tabletop Grill 14cm HR-8374

This tabletop grill brings a Hida Konro style of charcoal-style grilling to the table. The body is made of diatomaceous earth, a highly porous material formed from plankton and algae sediment, which gives it strong heat retention. Its infrared heat cooks food through to the center while bringing out its flavor.

The set includes the grill body, a chrome-plated wire mesh rack, a natural wood base board, and a solid fuel container, one of each. Remove the wire mesh and the grill can also be used to warm a small pot. It runs on solid fuel.

The grill measures about 14.5 x 14.5 x 14.5 cm (5.7 x 5.7 x 5.7 in) and weighs about 2 kg (4.4 lb).
