Wahei Freiz IH Aluminum Yukihira Saucepan 20cm RB-2884

This Yukihira-style saucepan from Wahei Freiz's Miyuki Gozen line is a lightweight aluminum pot for everyday cooking tasks such as boiling, simmering, sauteing and steaming. It heats up quickly thanks to its aluminum construction, and spouts on both sides make it easy to pour out liquids such as soup or broth.

The interior has a fluororesin coating that resists sticking, so dishes that are sauteed before being simmered are easy to cook and clean up afterward. The pot can be used on gas burners as well as induction (IH) cooktops.

This 20 cm model holds about 2.2 liters (2.3 qt) and measures 37 x 22 x 9.2 cm (14.6 x 8.7 x 3.6 in). It has a natural wood handle and a stainless steel bottom, and is made in China.
