This Kararizu tempura pot has a stepped, notched shape that cuts down on oil splatter and lets you fry with less oil than a flat-bottomed pot.
The iron body has a silicone resin coating that holds heat well so food fries up crisp, and it works on induction (IH) cooktops. A chrome-plated iron drain rack is included so freshly fried food can be drained right away, and a pour spout lets you transfer used oil smoothly after cooking.
Made in China. This pot comes in three sizes, 20 cm, 24 cm, and 28 cm, so you can pick the one that fits your kitchen and how much you cook.
