Wahei Freiz Kararizu IH Tempura Pot with Drain Rack 20cm RB-2763

This 20 cm (7.9 in) Kararizu tempura pot has a stepped, notched shape that cuts down on oil splatter and lets you fry with less oil than a flat-bottomed pot.

The iron body has a silicone resin coating and holds heat well so food fries up crisp, and it works on induction (IH) cooktops.

A chrome-plated iron drain rack is included so freshly fried food can be drained right away, and a pour spout lets you transfer used oil smoothly after cooking.

It measures 30.5 x 20 x 8.5 cm (12 x 7.9 x 3.3 in) including the handles, weighs 620 g (21.9 oz / 1.37 lb), and holds up to 1.9 L (2 qt), with a recommended oil amount of about 720 g (25.4 oz / 1.59 lb).
