Wahei Freiz Kararizu IH Tempura Pot with Drain Rack 24cm RB-2764

This 24 cm (9.4 in) Kararizu tempura pot has a stepped, notched shape that cuts down on oil splatter and lets you fry with less oil than a flat-bottomed pot.

The iron body has a silicone resin coating and holds heat well so food fries up crisp, and it works on induction (IH) cooktops.

A chrome-plated iron drain rack is included so freshly fried food can be drained right away, and a pour spout lets you transfer used oil smoothly after cooking.

It measures 35 x 24.5 x 9.7 cm (13.8 x 9.6 x 3.8 in) including the handles, weighs 790 g (27.9 oz / 1.74 lb), and holds up to 3.2 L (3.4 qt), with a recommended oil amount of about 1,100 g (38.8 oz / 2.43 lb).
