This saucepan from Wahei Freiz's Kinarif line is finished in a soft ivory color that adds a clean look to any kitchen. The body is made from aluminum alloy with a fluororesin interior coating that resists food sticking, is safe to use with metal spatulas and turners, and wipes clean easily after cooking.
The exterior has a baked enamel finish and the bottom is clad with stainless steel for even heating. The tempered glass lid lets you watch food while it cooks, and a dip in the knob gives you a place to rest a spoon or other tool without setting it down on the counter.
This saucepan works on both gas burners and induction (IH) cooktops, and is offered in two sizes. Made in China.
