This rotary vegetable spin dryer from Wahei Freiz's Kitchen Assist line uses centrifugal force to spin excess water off washed vegetables. The crank can be turned in either direction, so it works equally well for right- and left-handed use, and the lid locks in place so you can spin with confidence.
The lid has drain holes, so water can be poured out without removing the lid, and the container has a non-slip base for stable use on the counter. It measures about 25.7 x 24.7 x 21.5 cm (10.1 x 9.7 x 8.5 in) and weighs about 650 g (22.9 oz / 1.43 lb).
