This knife and kitchen scissors set is part of the Enzo series, crafted in Tsubame, Niigata, a region long known for its cutlery craftsmanship.
The knives have stainless steel blades that resist rust, paired with hygienic polypropylene and nylon handles secured with three rivets for lasting durability.
The kitchen scissors handle more than cutting food. They open bags, crack ginkgo nuts and walnuts, and open screw caps. Fine serrations on the blades keep meat and fish from slipping, and also help grip slick retort pouches.
This set is offered in several configurations, from a two piece knife and scissors set up to a four piece set that adds a chef's knife and petty knife.
