The Lalatte Torte frying pan from Wahei Freiz is designed to be part of a stackable cookware set, so you can choose the sizes and styles that fit your cooking and build your own set over time. The body is made of an aluminum alloy with a stainless steel clad base, with a PTFE (fluororesin) coating on the interior and a baked on coating on the exterior.
The fluororesin interior resists sticking and is easy to clean, and the pan is oven safe up to 250 degrees C (482 degrees F) as well as dishwasher safe. It works on induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas burners.
This listing offers a choice of a standard frying pan in 20 cm or 26 cm, or a deep frying pan in 22 cm, letting you pick the size and shape that suits the amount and type of food you cook.
