This is a universal lid for rectangular tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) pans of more than one size. A glass window lets you check on food while it cooks without lifting the lid, and the underside has a fluororesin coating that is easy to wipe clean. The handle includes a built-in rest for setting down cooking chopsticks while you work, and the lid can either be hung for storage or stood upright on its own.
This version measures about 19.5 x 14.5 x 5.8 cm (7.7 x 5.7 x 2.3 in) and weighs about 220 g (7.8 oz / 0.49 lb).
