This tabletop pot features an aluminum alloy body and lid, keeping it light and easy to handle. The bottom has a rounded, bulging shape that promotes convection inside the pot and helps prevent boiling over.
The interior has a ceramic coating that wipes clean easily and resists scratches, so metal ladles can be used safely. The white interior also makes it easy to see the color of ingredients and seasonings while cooking.
The handles on both sides are covered in silicone rubber, so they stay cool and are easy to grip without slipping. The pot can be used on both gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops.
