This 18 cm (7.1 in) tabletop pot has an aluminum body and an aluminum lid, so the whole pot stays light and easy to handle. It measures 23.5 x 19.5 x 12.5 cm (9.3 x 7.7 x 4.9 in), weighs 600 g (21.2 oz / 1.32 lb), and holds up to 1.7 L (1.8 qt).
The base has a rounded shape that encourages convection inside the pot, which helps prevent boil-over. The interior has a white ceramic coating that resists stains and scratches while making it easy to see the color of food and seasonings as they cook.
A non-slip silicone cover is fitted on the handle, and the pot can be used on gas burners or induction (IH) cooktops.
