This kettle is part of Wahei Freiz's Luverni enamel cookware line, finished in a glossy cherry red to black gradient. The steel body is coated with enamel inside and out, with a natural wood handle and lid knob.
Enamel resists acids and alkalis and has a glass-like surface that resists picking up odors, staying smooth and easy to wipe clean. It can be used on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.
