This Make Dia saute pan has a 28 cm (11 in) cooking surface with tall sides suited to stir-frying larger quantities of vegetables or meat.

Its lightweight aluminum body has a diamond-particle fluororesin coating on the interior that resists sticking and wear, so food releases easily and metal spatulas can be used (avoid sharp-edged or pointed metal tools).

The non-stick surface also makes cleanup easier, and the pan can be used on gas stovetops as well as induction (IH) cooktops.
