This aluminum tabletop hot pot is lighter and more durable than a traditional clay donabe. A stepped rim design directs rising bubbles outward as the broth comes to a boil, helping prevent messy overflow at the table.
The interior has a nonstick marble pattern fluororesin coating that makes cleanup easy after use, while the exterior has a baked enamel finish. It comes with a tempered glass lid and can be used on gas burners as well as induction (IH) cooktops.
This hot pot is offered in three sizes: 18 cm, 21 cm, and 24 cm.
