This non-stick pan from Wahei Freiz has an aluminum alloy body with a stainless steel bottom, and the interior is coated with a fluororesin (PTFE) non-stick finish in a marble pattern. The exterior has a baked-on finish in a natural color that suits most kitchens.
The pan has a broader, flatter cooking surface than a standard round frying pan, so more food can be arranged without overlapping, whether that is browning burger patties or lining up dumplings for pan-frying. The handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable grip, and the pan can be used on induction (IH) cooktops.
