This wide pan from Wahei Freiz has a flatter, broader cooking surface than a standard frying pan, so more food can be arranged without overlapping, whether that is browning burger patties or lining up dumplings for pan-frying.
The body is an aluminum alloy with a stainless steel bottom, and the interior has a fluororesin non-stick coating with a marble pattern. The exterior has a baked-on finish in a natural color that suits most kitchens, and the handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable grip.
The pan can be used on induction (IH) cooktops. We offer this pan in three sizes (20 cm, 24 cm, and 26 cm), and the 24 cm size is also available with a tempered glass lid; the lid's knob is shaped so a turner or cooking chopsticks can rest on it.
