This frying pan from Wahei Freiz has the generous depth of a pot, so it goes beyond frying and sauteing to handle simmering, boiling, and deep frying as well. A pour spout on the rim makes it easy to transfer soups and other liquids for both right handed and left handed cooks.
The interior has a durable, marbled pattern fluororesin coating that is comfortable to cook and clean with, and it has passed abrasion resistance testing through 100,000 cycles. Metal spatulas can be used as long as the tool has a rounded tip.
The body is an aluminum alloy with a baked enamel exterior finish and a bonded stainless steel base for even heating. It is made in China.
This pan is offered in five sizes (20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, and 28 cm) and two colors (Wine Red and Blue).
