This 20 cm (7.9 in) frying pan is part of the Miramite series and is built with a tri-ply construction: an 18-8 stainless steel exterior, an aluminum alloy core, and a 16% chromium stainless steel interior, with a base about 2.2 mm (0.09 in) thick.

The stainless steel retains heat well while the aluminum core conducts it quickly, so the pan heats up fast and holds its temperature once hot, helping food cook evenly across the surface. The bonded three-layer base is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.
