This yukihira style pan from Wahei Freiz's Miyuki Gozen line is made of lightweight aluminum, making it easy to lift and handle for everyday cooking tasks such as boiling, simmering, sauteing, and steaming.
Aluminum conducts heat well, so the pan heats up quickly. It has spouts on both sides, which makes pouring liquids such as soup or broth easy no matter which hand you use, and the handle is natural wood. Made in China.
This pan is offered in a standard aluminum version or an IH compatible version with a non stick interior and a stainless steel bottom, and in two sizes.
