This deep frying pan from the Moderos series uses its extra depth to handle a wide range of cooking, from frying and simmering to stir-frying and steaming, all in one pan.
The aluminum alloy body has a stainless steel base for use on induction (IH) cooktops, with a fluororesin non-stick interior coating for easy release and cleanup. A tempered glass lid lets you keep an eye on the food as it cooks.
Choose the pan with lid only, or the version that adds a steam rack, an aluminum alloy insert with a fluororesin coating that sits inside the pan to lift food above the liquid for steaming.
Made in China.
