This Wahei Freiz Moist Style cookware has a diamond coating interior that resists sticking and wears well, so metal spatulas and turners can be used directly on the surface. A raised rim helps the pan resist warping and keeps liquid from dripping down the sides as you pour.
The handle has a compact design that is easy to rinse in the sink, with a silicone coating for a comfortable grip.
The body is an aluminum alloy with a stainless steel base and a baked enamel exterior finish. It works on gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, and it is made in China.
Choose from frying pans in 20, 26, and 28 cm sizes, a 24 cm deep pan, a 28 cm saute pan, and a 13 x 18 cm tamagoyaki pan.
