Wahei Freiz Moist Style Induction Saute Pan 28cm RB-2694

This aluminum saute pan has a raised rim that helps it resist warping and keeps liquid from dripping down the sides as you pour. The interior has a diamond coating that resists sticking and wears well, so metal spatulas and turners can be used directly on the surface.

The handle has a compact design that is easy to rinse in the sink, with a silicone coating for a comfortable grip.

This 28 cm (11 in) saute pan measures 45 x 28 x 16 cm (17.7 x 11 x 6.3 in), holds about 4.2 L (4.4 qt), and weighs about 830 g (29.3 oz / 1.83 lb). It can be used on gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
