This aluminum tabletop pot is lighter and more durable than a traditional clay hot pot (donabe), while still working well for Japanese-style or Western-style hot pot dishes. The rimmed edge helps prevent spills and makes the pot easier to clean.

The interior has a marble-pattern fluororesin coating that resists sticking and allows the use of metal ladles, and the lid is tempered glass. This pot can be used on gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
