This sukiyaki pot is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, so it is easier to handle than a traditional clay nabe pot, letting you bring home style sukiyaki to the table without the extra weight. The base is clad in stainless steel, and the interior has a fluororesin coating that helps keep food from sticking, so cleanup after cooking is simple. The exterior has a baked enamel finish.
It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, and it comes with a tempered glass lid so you can keep an eye on the pot while it cooks.
