This lightweight aluminum tabletop pot is well suited for a variety of dishes, including oden, simmered fish, and stew. The body is made of an aluminum alloy with a stainless steel clad base, giving even heat distribution on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.
The interior has a fluororesin coating that releases food easily, making cleanup after use simple, and the exterior has a baked enamel finish. Each pot comes with a tempered glass lid so you can keep an eye on what is cooking.
This pot is offered in two sizes, 30 cm and 32 cm, so you can choose the one that fits your table and the dishes you cook most.
