The Nikomina stockpot from Wahei Freiz is built for everyday dishes such as steamed and simmered foods, and it works on an induction (IH) cooktop. Its rimmed design helps reduce boil-over, so simmering stays tidier on the stovetop.
The interior has a fluororesin coating for easy cleanup, the exterior is finished with a baked enamel coating, and the bottom is clad with stainless steel for even heating. The tempered glass lid has a stand-up knob so it can rest upright on the counter, and two lids can be nested together by flipping one over, making them easier to store.
This stockpot is available in three sizes: 22 cm, 24 cm, and 26 cm, so you can choose the capacity that best fits your kitchen and recipes.
