The Nordics series combines a white baked-on finish with natural wood accents for a warm, Scandinavian-inspired look. The interior has a three-layer fluororesin non-stick coating that resists sticking and wear, and metal ladles are safe to use.
The wood handle does not conduct heat quickly, so it stays comfortable to hold while you cook. This 16 cm (6.3 in) saucepan can be used on both gas burners and induction (IH) cooktops, and holds up to 1.6 liters (1.7 qt) when filled to the brim.
