Wahei Freiz Oval Oil Pot with Strainer 1.3L MD-0105

This oval oil pot from Wahei Freiz's Glaze line is designed for storing and straining used cooking oil. A fine mesh strainer removes bits of fried batter and cloudiness as oil is poured in, keeping the stored oil cleaner until the next time it is used.

The body has a fluororesin coating, so it wipes clean easily even when it gets dirty. Its dark color helps hide stains, and the handle is shaped to fit comfortably in the hand.

This oil pot holds about 1.3 liters (1.4 qt), measures 19 x 17 x 11.5 cm (7.5 x 6.7 x 4.5 in) and weighs about 260 g (9.2 oz / 0.57 lb). It is made in China.
