Wahei Freiz Pari-ju Microwave Multi Pot 1.4L

This Pari-ju multi pot is made for the microwave. Instead of heating food directly, microwaves heat a special material on the pot's bottom, which then browns and sears food, even creating a crisp, toasted layer that ceramic or glass microwave dishes cannot produce. The hot bottom also creates convection for more even heating.

The bottom reaches about 170°C (338°F) in about one minute and up to about 210°C (410°F), with no preheating needed. One example use is a water-saving boiled egg: add an egg and 200 ml (6.8 fl oz) of water, then microwave at 600 watts for about 7 minutes, adjusting the standing time for a softer yolk.

The pot has a 1.4 liter (1.5 qt) capacity and comes with an original recipe book.
