This square oil pot is designed for storing used frying oil in an organized way. A strainer mesh removes food particles from the oil before it goes into the pot, and the lid helps slow down oxidation while the oil is stored.
The square shape and a corner on the rim make pouring easy, so you can reuse strained oil for stir-frying or other cooking. The fluororesin coating on the pot makes cleanup of oily residue simple.
