This hand chopper minces vegetables, herbs and other ingredients by hand. Pulling the round cord handle spins the stainless steel blade inside the bowl, so repeated pulls break the ingredients down to the texture you want.
The body is made of polyethylene with an ABS resin lid and handle and a nylon pull cord. It measures about 14.8 x 14.4 x 12 cm (5.8 x 5.7 x 4.7 in) and weighs about 320 g (11.3 oz).
