Wahei Freiz Ranchini Grill Mini Square Pan

This mini square pan from the Ranchini series turns a fish grill into an oven like cooking space without dirtying the grill itself. The steel body and lid, finished with baked on paint, withstand high heat, making the pan well suited to grilling, and it also works well for reheating fried foods so they turn crisp again without extra greasiness.

The lid allows food to steam gently while it cooks, and the pan is sized for a single serving, so you can bring it straight from the grill to the table. Original recipes are included to help expand what you can cook in it.

The pan is designed to fit grills with an opening at least 20 cm (7.9 in) wide and at least 6 cm (2.4 in) of clearance from the rack to the grill opening. It is offered as a single pan or as a set of two, so you can choose the quantity that fits your grill and your meal.
