This mini square pan from the Ranchini series turns a fish grill into an oven-like cooking space without dirtying the grill itself. The steel body and lid withstand high heat, making it well suited to grilling, and it also works well for reheating fried foods so they turn crisp again without extra greasiness.

The lid allows food to steam gently while it cooks, and the mini size is sized for a single serving, so you can bring the pan straight from the grill to the table. Two pans can fit in the grill at the same time, and the pan comes with original recipes to expand what you can cook in it.

It is designed to fit grills with an interior depth of at least 33 cm (13 in) for two pans or 17 cm (6.7 in) for one, an opening at least 20 cm (7.9 in) wide, and at least 6 cm (2.4 in) of clearance from the rack to the grill opening.
