Wahei Freiz Ranchini Multi-Use Pan

The Ranchini series from Wahei Freiz is built around one idea: turn an idle fish grill (broiler) drawer or a spare stovetop burner into another cooking surface, so you can grill, fry, and reheat food without extra mess. Many of the pans slide right into the grill compartment and keep food residue off the grill itself, making cleanup easier, while others are designed for direct use on a gas or induction (IH) cooktop.

Bodies are made from durable materials such as steel, iron, or aluminum alloy, with finishes like baked enamel paint or non-stick fluororesin coating depending on the style. Several pans include a lid that helps steam food gently as it cooks and can double as a serving plate at the table, and the pans are also handy for reheating fried foods so they crisp back up without extra greasiness.
