This saucepan from the Rozer series combines the rust resistance and heat retention of stainless steel with the fast, even heat conduction of aluminum. The bottom has a three layer construction, with an aluminum alloy core sandwiched between stainless steel layers, giving the pan a sturdy, stable base for cooking and reducing uneven hot spots.
The lid has a glass window, so you can check on your food as it cooks without lifting the lid and letting heat escape. It works on both gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops.
