This two handled stock pot from Wahei Freiz's Rozer series combines the heat retention and rust resistance of stainless steel with the fast, even heat conduction of aluminum. The bottom is a three layer construction with an aluminum alloy core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, giving the pot a sturdy, stable base and helping food cook evenly with less hot spotting.
The lid has a tempered glass window, so you can check on your cooking without lifting it and letting heat escape. The pot works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, and is made in China.
This stock pot is available in three sizes: 20 cm, 22 cm, and 24 cm.
