Part of Wahei Freiz's Rujo Marble series, these pans have a lightweight aluminum alloy body with a diamond marble nonstick coating that helps food release easily and makes cleanup simple.

The coating has passed an abrasion resistance test of one million rubs, so metal spatulas and turners can be used without damaging the surface. The rim is shaped to resist warping and reduce dripping when pouring.

Each pan has a bonded stainless steel bottom and is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.
