Wahei Freiz Saishokuan Iron Square Yakiniku and Sukiyaki Pan 26x26cm SM-8557

This square iron pan from the Saishokuan series measures 26 x 26 cm (10.2 x 10.2 in). It works for both yakiniku and sukiyaki, so you do not need a separate pan for each.

The grooved grill plate lets excess fat drain away from the meat for lighter results while still giving it appealing grill marks. The pan holds about 3.4 L (3.6 qt) when filled to the brim.

The handles make it easy to carry to the table, and they fold down when the pan is not in use for compact storage. This pan is for gas burners only. Made in Japan.
