Part of the Sakoon series, these kitchen scissors use a specialty carbon stainless steel for the blade to provide the hardness needed to handle the load placed on the cutting edge. The handle is made of polypropylene with a non-slip grip that is comfortable to hold.
One side of the blade is serrated, which keeps food from slipping while giving a clean cut, and a built-in bottle cap opener adds extra convenience. The scissors separate into two parts for easier cleaning, and they are dishwasher safe.
These scissors measure 20.1 x 7.3 x 1.3 cm (7.9 x 2.9 x 0.5 in) and weigh 85 g (3 oz / 0.19 lb).
