This tempura tray comes with a wire rack, making it convenient for draining oil from tempura and other fried foods as they cool. The tray's fluororesin coating makes oily residue easy to wipe off, so cleanup is simple.
Beyond frying, the tray can also be used for prepping ingredients or for storing food you have made ahead of time.
It measures about 1 x 1 x 1 cm (0.4 x 0.4 x 0.4 in) and weighs about 170 g (6 oz).
