This stainless steel prep tray set with a seal lid comes from the Enzo series, made in Tsubame, Niigata, a city long known for metalworking and housewares.
The trays are useful for kitchen prep and for draining oil from fried foods. Stainless steel is sturdy and holds up to repeated use. When you prep meat or fish, the trays pick up odors less easily than plastic, so smells are less likely to linger the next time you use them.
The trays nest together for compact storage. This set is offered in three sizes: a 3-piece set with two trays and one seal lid, a 5-piece set with three trays, one seal lid, and one tray rack, and a 6-piece set with four trays, one seal lid, and one tray rack. Made in Japan.
