Each piece has an aluminum alloy body with a fluororesin coated interior that resists sticking and is easy to wipe clean, plus a baked enamel exterior coating.
Every piece works on both gas burners and induction (IH) cooktops. Pots and saucepans come with a tempered glass lid so you can keep an eye on food while it cooks, and the frying pans include a matching lid as well. Handles are made of phenolic resin.
