This Sururin Pan Neo frying pan from Wahei Freiz is designed for a smooth, low-stick cooking experience. Food slides easily across the surface even with just a small amount of oil, which helps food brown nicely and makes it easy to plate, and the pan cleans up easily after cooking.
The smooth coating is built to last through two steps: the aluminum base is anodized to improve the coating's adhesion and reduce peeling, and the fluororesin coating itself is applied by a centrifugal process that leaves the surface very smooth and even. The pan has a bonded stainless steel base and is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.
