Wahei Freiz Tabletop Skimmer for Hot Pot with Wooden Handle GC-058

This tabletop skimmer from Wahei Freiz is sized for skimming scum from the broth of a hot pot right at the table as it simmers. The handle is natural wood, which does not conduct heat easily and stays comfortable to hold, while the mesh head is stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust.

It measures about 25.5 x 8 x 6.3 cm (10 x 3.1 x 2.5 in) and weighs about 40 g (1.4 oz / 0.09 lb). It is made in Japan.
