Wahei Freiz Tamagoyaki Pan 13x19cm Wood Handle Nonstick MB-3036

This tamagoyaki pan with a wood handle is for making Japanese rolled omelets. Forming, interior coating, exterior polishing, assembly and packing are all done at factories in Japan, and skilled craftsmen finish each pan with care.

The pan has a thick base and thin sides. The thick base stores heat, and the thin sides spread heat quickly across the whole pan, so food cooks fast with little uneven heating. The aluminum-magnesium alloy is strong, so the pan stays durable even with its light build.

The exterior has a shot-peening treatment, also used on aircraft and automotive parts, which resists scratches and makes oil stains easier to clean. The interior has a durable PTFE Platinum Plus nonstick coating that resists scratching, and metal spatulas may be used. This pan is for gas stoves only.
