It comes with a detachable handle and a silicone mitt for carrying it to the table, and once you are done, the handle and mitt can be stored inside the pan body for compact storage. The body is aluminum alloy with a stainless steel base, the interior has a non stick fluororesin coating, and the detachable handle is phenolic resin and stainless steel. It is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.
