The ToMaydolce multi pan is part of Wahei Freiz's ToMay series of kitchenware, finished with a matte, muted exterior so it looks at home left out on the counter or table.
One pot handles seven jobs: boiling, stir-frying, blanching, simmering, deep-frying, cooking rice, and tossing ingredients. Drip-resistant spouts sit on both sides, the handle is kept short so it stays out of the way, and the included stainless steel strainer has its own handle for boiling, frying, steaming, and draining.
The interior has a fluororesin (PTFE) non-stick coating chosen for a balance of abrasion resistance, non-stick performance, and corrosion resistance, so cleanup is easy. The lid knob is wood, which stays cooler than a resin knob. The pan works on gas and induction (IH) cooktops, and nests with the strainer for compact storage. This 22 cm (8.7 in) pan measures about 37.5 x 24 x 12 cm (14.8 x 9.4 x 4.7 in), weighs about 1.3 kg (2.9 lb), and holds up to 2.7 L (2.9 qt).
